Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
When an order is placed, customers have 48 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel their order with a full refund. After 48 hours, Watson Family Press, LLC cannot offer a refund.
All sales are final after 48 hours.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Watson Family Press, LLC is not responsible for damages, delays, lost or stolen packages caused by shipping carriers. The cost of postage cannot be refunded.
Shipping insurance is included with options: Priority Mail. Shipping insurance cover any lost, stolen, or damaged packages while it is in transition to you via USPS.
If shipping insurance is not purchased and your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transition, Watson Family Press, LLC will not refund or reprint your order.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the claim and make it right.
Please notify us via email at hello@watsonfamilypress.com within 14 days of the receipt of the delivered order and provide photo evidence of the issue and order number.
Claims requested more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Upon verification of the imperfection, we will determine the course of action. If in our judgment it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, Watson Family Press, LLC may elect to offer a future print discount and/or refund part or all of the original cost of the order.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom print orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted products or gift cards.
Due to the nature of custom products, all sales are final. If your order arrives printed incorrectly or you were sent the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to process a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number, photo evidence of the damaged product including the packaging and contact information.
Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping costs for a return will be deducted from your refund including a 2% restocking fee.
Sale items cannot be returned.
The easiest way to ensure that you get the product that you want is to return the item that you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, amount will be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
